Shipping & Fulfillment offers ground shipping, 2-day air and overnight express through FedEx, UPS, and periodically USPS. Shipping charges are calculated using the delivery address zip code, the weight, the size, and the location of the packed merchandise. You may Estimate Shipping from the Shopping Cart, which will quote you all possible shipping option. You may review also all shipping options on the shipping method selection step at Checkout
Please note that FedEx and UPS will not ship to a PO box. Please do not use a PO Box when filling out the Ship to address or your item will not be delivered and you will be held responsible.

Some items are dropped-shipped to you directly from our premium vendor partners. When ordering these items the transit and fulfillment time may vary, as these products ship at the different times from different locations. Each item has an availability indicator on the product page that allows you to estimate the fulfillment time.

Express Shipping does not curtail the order fulfillment schedule specified in the product availability indicator. However, we do prioritize the express orders in the daily shipping queue.

All items ship with signature release waiver, allowing the delivery person to leave the package at your front door. Please make arrangements to properly accommodate the delivery. By placing an order you agree to the signature release on all packages sent to you via

The inventory is offered to you in real time through this website. We allow Back-orders on some items that might be temporarily be out of stock.  The shopping cart will indicate the availability date on such items. If the back-ordered item is ordered with other items in stock your order will be held until it can ship complete, otherwise we recommend to place separate orders for back-ordered items. 
BeachStore reserves the right to switch carriers and/or shipping methods to favor better logistics and faster delivery.
Cancelling Your Order: Once a tracking number is generated an order cannot be cancelled.

International Orders: Just put in your shipping information and the system will calculate your international shipping charges. If your country is not on the ship to county list, please request it through our email contact form.

Handling Fee

We currently charge a Handling Fee of $0.00 per order on ground shipping, $6.50 on express shipping orders, and, $5.00 on Free Shipping orders.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on select items periodically - Please visit our Free Shipping Section to see which items or item combinations qualify. We only offer Free Shipping via US Postal Service (3 to 5 day home delivery) -- UPS is not Free. You may place any Free Shipping Item in you cart and get Free Shipping on the entire content of your Shopping Basket.

BeachStore reserves the right to switch carriers on all free shipping orders according to logistics.

Returned merchandise purchased through a free shipping offer will incur a 20% Free Shipping Return Fee.

Order Tracking

You my obtain real time tracking information on your shipments by logging in to My Account and use the "See Orders" feature.
Only orders that have not been sent to the warehouse for processing can be cancelled.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of the order delivery, you may return the merchandise for a refund.

Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization! To obtain a Return Authorization please login to My Account, access your order detail information, and use the "Request Return" feature.  Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification with the return address and all other relevant instructions. Please make sure that the retuned merchandise is in its original packaging unused and unsoiled. DO NOT RETURN DAMGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE!  (If you have received damaged or defective merchandise - see Damaged Products.)

All shipping charges for returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Return the merchandise via a tractable shipping method. Your return will be refunded once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Damaged or soiled merchandise will not be refunded.

  • Returns which are outside the 30 days return period - will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns which exceed 2 items  - will incur a 15% large-return fee.
  • Returns with merchandise purchased through a free shipping offer - will incur a 20% free shipping return fee.
  • Unauthorized Returns - will incur a 25% non-compliance fee. offers an extended return period for the holiday season, merchandise ordered after November 15th may be returned up until January 31st.

Return Address

We operate out of multiple warehouses - the correct return address can only be provided upon approval of your return authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization please login to My Account, access your order detail information, and use the "Request Return" feature. Please consult our Return Policy.

Damaged Products

Please make sure you inspect the delivered products upon receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.  To report a damaged or defective product, please open a customer service case by logging in to My Account and using the "Contact Support" feature. (You should select from the Case Issue options - "Product Issue", and from the Type options - "Problem: Damaged/Defective".)

We typically require a digital picture of the damaged/defective merchandise in order to process your case.  Once your case is processed a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible. (You may upload pictures to your case only after it has been created.)
  • Returns of damaged or defective merchandise - will not be accepted. does not cover claims on products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or acts-of-nature. Our products are designed for private use and are not intended for commercial, public, or rental usage unless otherwise indicated.

Warranties Product Warrnty warranties the products for the first 30 days after delivery. After that the products are warrantied through the manufacturer for a limited time period. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
