Damaged Products

Please make sure you inspect the delivered products upon receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.  To report a damaged or defective product, please open a customer service case by logging in to My Account and using the "Contact Support" feature. (You should select from the Case Issue options - "Product Issue", and from the Type options - "Problem: Damaged/Defective".)

We require a digital picture of the damaged/defective merchandise in order to process your claim.  Once your case is processed a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible. (You may upload pictures to your case only after it has been created.)
  • Returns of damaged or defective merchandise - will not be accepted. does not cover claims on products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or acts-of-nature. Our products are designed for private use and are not intended for commercial, public, or rental usage unless otherwise indicated.
