What is the status of my order?

You my obtain the status of your order and real time tracking information on your shipments by logging in to My Account and using the "See Orders" feature.

How can I calculate the shipping cost of my order?

To estimate shipping please place items in the shopping basket and use the calculate shipping button to get the cheapest shipping quote according to your shipping zip code.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Please refer to our Free Shipping information section to see the current free shipping offers.

How can I use a discount coupon?

You may apply coupons at the last step of checkout process only after you put in your credit card information - Step 5 of 5, Review and Submit.  (Please do not confuse the coupons with gift certificate they are not the same, and they are applied at different places.)

How can I buy a gift certificate?

You may purchase a Gift Certificate in the amount of your choice by following this link.

Where is the rest of my order? I have not recieved the complete shipment.

Not all products ship from the same location at the same time. Please be patient and allow a few more days for the rest of the order to arrive. You may check the status of your order by item by logging in to My Account and using the "See Orders" feature.

How do I return merchandise?

In order to return merchandise you must have a return authorization.  Please consult our Return Policy information section to obtain a return authorization.

What if I received a damaged product?

Do not return damaged or defective merchandise!  Please consult our Damaged Products information section and follow the instructions.

What is the best way to contact customer service?

The best way to contact us about an issue with your order is to open a customer service case ticket. Please log in to My Account and use the "Contact Support" feature. You will receive a case number for your issue and will be able to follow its progress on-line.
