We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customer's information. When you place an order we securely store your personal data only for future ordering convenience.


Shipping & Delivery

BeachStore.com offers the choices of 3 shipping carriers, FedEx, UPS, and soon USPS.  Our preferred method of shipping is FEDEX Home Delivery (residential ground). In addition to regular ground service, we offer 2 day-air, and overnight express shipping .  Shipping charges are calculated using the delivery address zip code, weight and size and location of the merchandise. Ground shipping can be estimated through the shopping cart.  However, you must proceed to checkout to receive a full shipping quote.

Orders placed before 12:00pm EST (Noon) (Monday - Friday) typically ship the same day!  Each item has an availability indicator that allows you to estimate the fulfillment time more precisely.  Items that are shown as available "In-Stock" ship from our warehouse in North Brunswick, NJ 08902.  To estimate transit shipping time from this location please consult our USA Transit Schedule Map and our Overnight Ground Shipping Map.

As some items are dropped-shipped to you directly from our premium vendor partners, when ordering several items, some might ship at the different times from different locations. Please note, express shipping does not curtail order fulfilment time specified in the product availability indicator. However, we do prioritize express orders in the daily shipping queue.  We offer you our inventory in real time through this website.  We allow back orders on some items that might be temporarily out of stock or in high demand.

We ship Internationally! Just put in your shipping information and the system will calculate your international shipping charges. Delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.  If your country is not on the list, please contact us through our email form.

Order Tracking

You my obtain real time tracking information on your shipments by logging-on to your account and use the "See Orders" feature.


Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your purchase BeachStore.com will exchange the merchandise or refund your money.

The customer must e-mail BeachStore.com using our Contact Us Email Form prior to returning any merchandise.

BeachStore.com will not accept returned items after 30 days of purchase.

Defective products must be returned in their original factory packing. Make sure to include the shipping slip or your name with the order number. Returns are not accepted without a return merchandise authorization. When returning merchandise we will require you to enclose your invoice with your order #. You may print out your invoice from our members' area on our site.

All shipping charges for returned or exchanged items are at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped "freight prepaid." Items received "freight collect" will be refused.

Your account will be credited once the returned merchandise has been received by BeachStore.com.


Damaged Products

Any products delivered from BeachStore.com damaged must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery in order to be exchanged.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact BeachStore.com as soon as possible via e-mail using our Contact Us Email Form for approval. The order number and a brief detailed summary of the problem are required in the e-mail. The customer will be subsequently contacted.  Returned damaged merchandise, which has not been reported within the 5 days of delivery will be refused.  We will replace the damaged merchandise.  However damaged merchandise returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee.

BeachStore.com's refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts Of Nature. Our products are designed for private use and are not intended for commercial, public, or rental usage. If the merchandise has been used and/or damaged as stated in the aforementioned, or not properly cared for, BeachStore.com will not be able to honor the return. The merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at his cost  and no refund will be issued.

Warranties

All BeachStore.com items are warranted through the manufacturer of the product for a limited time period. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
