Product Return Guidelines: We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you received your items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original, resellable condition: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Process: Initiating a return is straightforward. Simply log into your account on our website, and from there, you can start the return process. Once we validate your return request, we'll provide you with comprehensive instructions for shipping the product back to us. Please note return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your order was initially shipped via our free shipping offer, a 20% free shipping return fee will apply to your return. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns.

Handling Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please inform us promptly. We are committed to rectifying such issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.  Please do not return damaged or defective products.

Exceptions to our Return Policy: Please be aware that some items are exempt from our return policy. Non-returnable items include perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, or flowers), custom-made products (e.g., personalized or special order items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're uncertain about the return eligibility of any item, don't hesitate to contact us.

Product Exchanges: For a swift exchange, we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and simultaneously place a new order for the item you want, upon approval of your return.

Refund Information: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
